All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, potential delivery delays might occur that are outside of your control. You will be timely notified by email of any delay.

Local delivery within the United Kingdom

Free local delivery is available for orders over £200 within the United Kingdom.

For orders under £200, we charge £15 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. We will contact you via the email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to more than 200 countries. 

Ordered items may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches the destination country. Hence, additional fees might be due by customer upon receipt.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at customercare@taleyalondon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses.
